Accessibility Statement

Loveleen Sari Palace is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We care about digital access the same way we care about the welcome people get when they walk into our showroom in Artesia.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the standard U.S. courts reference when interpreting Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.

What we've built in

• Semantic HTML — proper headings, landmarks, and lists so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
• Alt text on images, including descriptions of the labeled outfit diagrams in our guides, so the same information is available whether or not you can see the photo.
• Color contrast meeting AA ratios for body text across the site.
• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators on every link, button, and form field.
• Reduced-motion support — if your device is set to minimize animation, we honor it.
• Resizable text that doesn't break the layout when you zoom.
• Labeled form fields and status messages that screen readers announce.
• An accessible image viewer — photos can be opened, navigated, and closed by keyboard, with focus returning where you left it.

How we test

We check pages with the WAVE accessibility evaluation tool from WebAIM, and we navigate them by keyboard before publishing.

As of our most recent review, WAVE reports zero errors and zero contrast errors across our home page and all ten of our guide articles, with an average AIM score of 9.9 out of 10.

Automated tools catch roughly a third of accessibility issues, so we don't treat a clean scan as proof that everything works. Reports from real users matter more, and we act on them.

Known limitations

We're a small family business and we're honest about what isn't finished:

• Third-party content we embed — the Google Map, our booking widget, and payment processing at checkout — is controlled by those vendors and may not fully meet AA.
• Older pages and product images predate our current standards and may still need alt text review. We're working through them.
• We have not commissioned a formal third-party audit. Our testing is internal.

Our ongoing commitment

• We test new pages with automated tools and keyboard navigation before they go live.
• We review the whole site at least once a year.
• We're working toward alt text being standard practice for everyone on our team who uploads photos.
• We welcome feedback from customers and from accessibility professionals — if you spot something, we want to know.

If our website doesn't work for you

Come see us or message us and we'll help you directly — describing what's on the floor, answering questions about fabric and fit, setting aside options before you visit. The website is a convenience, not a gate. Nobody should be shut out of shopping with us because a page didn't work.

When you report a barrier, it helps if you can tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you were using. But send it however is easiest — we'd rather hear about it imperfectly than not at all.
