Privacy Policy

Loveleen Sari Palace is a family-run shop at 18507 Pioneer Boulevard, Artesia, California. We're operated by Chhabra & Sons, Inc.
This page is a plain-English summary, written because most privacy policies are unreadable. It is not the full document. Our complete privacy policy is here, and if the two ever disagree, that one governs.
The short version
We collect what we need to sell you clothes and answer your questions. Our website runs on Shopify, and like most online shops, some of your browsing information is used for advertising and analytics. If you'd rather it wasn't, you can opt out — and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out request, which takes effect automatically in the US states where that right applies. You can email us to request deletion. We may retain information needed for legal, accounting, security or order-related purposes, as explained in the full policy.
What we collect
When you shop in the store. If you pay by card, our payment processor handles the transaction. We don't keep your card number. If you give us a phone number or email for an order, we keep that with the order.
When you buy on the website. Name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and what you ordered. Payment is handled by Shopify — your full card details go to them and their payment processors, not to us.
When you fill in one of our order forms. This covers the wedding party, bridesmaid and custom sherwani forms. The names, body measurements, heights and notes you enter — for your wedding party, or your own if you are ordering a custom sherwani — plus your contact details, the wedding date and the colour you pick. These go into our own Google Workspace, and any photos you attach are stored in our Google Drive. We use them to make the order and to talk to you about it, and we don’t sell them.
When you book an appointment. Whatever you enter in the booking form, which is run by our booking app.
When you message us on Instagram. The conversation, held by Instagram under their own policy.
Automatically, when you visit the site. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, what you searched for on the site, what you added to a cart, where you arrived from, and similar technical information, through cookies and similar technologies. Since September 2026 some of this is also sent to Google, because we now run Google Ads. There is more on that below.
Who else is involved
- Shopify — hosts the website, processes payments, stores our orders and customer records, and provides our analytics. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled; it uses store activity with other Shopify data to support products, advertising and personalization.
- PageFly — the page builder we use for parts of the site. Its analytics pixel may process storefront activity, subject to its configured consent requirements.
- Apntly — our appointment booking app. It processes the contact details, appointment details and notes you provide, and may use cookies or similar technologies to support booking.
- Google — we use Google Ads conversion measurement and the Google & YouTube integration. These tools may process device, browsing and transaction information for analytics, advertising measurement or advertising. Google Maps and Google Fonts can receive your IP address and browser information when their content loads. Our order forms use Google Workspace, including Google Drive for attached photos.
- Meta (Instagram and WhatsApp) — links from our site take you to these services. Meta processes messages and information you provide under its own privacy policies. The current homepage does not embed an Instagram post feed.
- hCaptcha — the form on our data-sharing opt-out page uses hCaptcha to check that you are a person and not a bot. hCaptcha sees your IP address and browser information, and may set a cookie, when that page loads. This happens on that one page only.
- Other apps on our Shopify store, which may load their own scripts.
We also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
About advertising
Some browsing information may be used for targeted advertising by Google or Shopify services. Depending on the service and applicable law, this can constitute “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even when no money changes hands. See the full policy for the purposes and choices that apply.
Your advertising choices. Use Your Privacy Choices. Shopify also recognizes Global Privacy Control in the regions where its opt-out functionality applies. These choices do not necessarily stop essential processing, general advertising or requests to services such as Google Maps and Google Fonts. Email us if you need help.
Previously used advertising tools. An earlier version of this notice described a TikTok advertising pixel. TikTok is not listed among the connected Shopify pixels reviewed on 12 October 2026. This does not confirm deletion of information previously received by TikTok.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop marketing to you, or stop sharing it for advertising. The full policy sets these out properly, including how we verify who you are.
To make a request, email loveleensarip@gmail.com or come into the store. We'll respond as quickly as we can and within the time the law allows. We won't treat you differently for asking — you'll get the same service and the same prices.
Children
Our site is intended for adults, including parents and guardians shopping for children. An adult may provide a child’s name or measurements when needed for a clothing order. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If a child provides information without your authorization, contact us to request deletion, subject to applicable law.
Marketing
We only send marketing to people who asked for it. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply to any Instagram message asking us to stop.
