Privacy Policy

Loveleen Sari Palace is a family-run shop at 18507 Pioneer Boulevard, Artesia, California. We're operated by Chhabra & Sons, Inc.
This page is a plain-English summary, written because most privacy policies are unreadable. It is not the full document. Our complete privacy policy is here, and if the two ever disagree, that one governs.
The short version
We collect what we need to sell you clothes and answer your questions. Our website runs on Shopify, and like most online shops, some of your browsing information is used for advertising and analytics. If you'd rather it wasn't, you can opt out — and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out request, which takes effect automatically in the US states where that right applies. If you want your information deleted, email us and we'll do it.
What we collect
When you shop in the store. If you pay by card, our payment processor handles the transaction. We don't keep your card number. If you give us a phone number or email for an order, we keep that with the order.
When you buy on the website. Name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and what you ordered. Payment is handled by Shopify — your full card details go to them and their payment processors, not to us.
When you fill in a wedding party order form. The names, measurements, heights and notes you enter for your wedding party, your own contact details, the wedding date and the colour you pick. These go into our own Google Workspace, and any photos you attach are stored in our Google Drive. We use them to make the order and to talk to you about it, and we don’t sell them.
When you book an appointment. Whatever you enter in the booking form, which is run by our booking app.
When you message us on Instagram. The conversation, held by Instagram under their own policy.
Automatically, when you visit the site. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, where you arrived from, and similar technical information, through cookies and similar technologies.
Who else is involved
- Shopify — hosts the website, processes payments, stores our orders and customer records, and provides our analytics. Shopify also runs advertising features that work across the merchants on its platform.
- PageFly — the page builder we use for parts of the site. Its pixel records storefront activity.
- Apntly — our appointment booking app. Its scripts load on every page, not only the booking page, and it sets a cookie to remember your booking.
- Google — Google Maps is embedded on our home page, and we load Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads. Our wedding party order forms also deliver into our own Google Workspace, and any photos you attach are stored in our Google Drive.
- Cloudflare — used by our booking app to detect roughly where you are.
- Other apps on our Shopify store, which may load their own scripts.
We also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
About advertising
Some of the browsing data collected here is used for advertising, including advertising that follows you to other websites. Under California law that can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information even when no money changes hands.
You can turn that off. Use Your Privacy Choices, or switch on Global Privacy Control in your browser and we'll honour it in the states where that right applies.
One thing worth telling you: until 3 August 2026 this site also ran a TikTok advertising pixel. We removed it, and asked TikTok to delete what it held. We can't promise TikTok has erased everything it already took, but nothing further is being sent.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop marketing to you, or stop sharing it for advertising. The full policy sets these out properly, including how we verify who you are.
To make a request, email loveleensarip@gmail.com or come into the store. We'll respond as quickly as we can and within the time the law allows. We won't treat you differently for asking — you'll get the same service and the same prices.
Children
Our site isn't aimed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. We do sell children's clothing, but those orders are placed by adults. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Marketing
We only send marketing to people who asked for it. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply to any Instagram message asking us to stop.
